The Qi Gong forms we teach incorporate conscious breathing, stretching, movements, meditation, intention, self massage, shaking, tapping, cupping, healing and vibrational sounds all aimed at giving you the tools you need to lead a more vibrant, healthful, aware life. The following are some of the forms most commonly used in our individual sessions and classes.
