This course consists of meditations and movement forms: Rising Lotus Medical Qi Gong, Fragrance Qi Gong, Six Healing Sounds, and Awakening the Soul. The Five Elements and Meridian theories are taught to help you begin to better understand the nature of energy within your own body.

Qi Gong for Wellness and Pain Relief: As the seasons change, so does our energy. In this class we study the Four Seasons Qi Gong set, deep meditation to move energy through the meridians of the body with the Micro Cosmic Orbit, and Twelve Meridian Meditations.

Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nutrition: Learn how your body changes with the seasons and what foods help or hinder that process. This class covers principles of TCM including the Five Elements, thermal nature of food, food energetics, physical and emotional symptoms, personality factors, specific diet suggestions and mindful eating.

Eating for Healing: This class focuses on a particular health issue and discusses the specific diet changes that will help correct it. Topics will include arthritis/inflammation, cardiovascular health, cancer/autoimmune problems, skin problems, allergies, stomach/intestinal problems, gynecological health, prostate health, candida overgrowth, and parasite problems.

Qi Gong Meditation: Cultivate your energy to very high levels with these meditations. Meditations will include guided visualizations, toning, and free-form or "spontaneous" Qi Gong. No prior experience needed.
